Sales Executive
We are seeking a driven, confident, and client-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for property, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of Balis real estate landscape, wed love to meet you.
Job Responsibilities:Promote and sell property listings to potential buyers and investors, both local and international
Conduct property viewings and consultations, providing professional advice and tailored solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners
Actively source new listings and sales opportunities through networking and market research
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales strategies and campaigns
Manage negotiations, offers, and closing processes from start to finish
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property details, and sales progress
Represent EZV Services Indonesia with professionalism, local knowledge, and integrity
Minimum 2 years experience in real estate sales, property, or hospitality sales (Bali experience preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Knowledge of Balis property market and lifestyle trends
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team
Good presentation and personal grooming
Willing to travel for meetings and property showings within Bali
Possess own transportation and valid drivers license
