Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven, confident, and client-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for property, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of Balis real estate landscape, wed love to meet you.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell property listings to potential buyers and investors, both local and international

  • Conduct property viewings and consultations, providing professional advice and tailored solutions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners

  • Actively source new listings and sales opportunities through networking and market research

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales strategies and campaigns

  • Manage negotiations, offers, and closing processes from start to finish

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property details, and sales progress

  • Represent EZV Services Indonesia with professionalism, local knowledge, and integrity

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in real estate sales, property, or hospitality sales (Bali experience preferred)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Knowledge of Balis property market and lifestyle trends

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team

  • Good presentation and personal grooming

  • Willing to travel for meetings and property showings within Bali

  • Possess own transportation and valid drivers license
