Sales Manager (Trading Company)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Softel Communication Indonesia. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the companys sales strategy and achieving ambitious revenue targets. This is a full-time position based in West Jakarta, Jakarta.

What youll be doing

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals

• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

• Negotiate and close complex sales deals with key customers and clients

• Monitor and report on sales pipeline, forecasts and key performance metrics

What were looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry and focus on fiber cable sales

• Familiar with Telecommunication Industry

• Have relationship in ISP and Contractors

• Maintain relationship with existing clients and develop the new customers

• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Fluent in English & Indonesia is a must
