Sales Supervisor

Position: Sales Supervisor

Placement: Serang, Banten

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

·      Develop and implement effective sales strategies for water treatment products and services.

·      Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with customers.

·      Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

·      Prepare periodic sales reports and performance evaluations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, ideally in B2B sales and/or selling clean water.

  • Expertise in sales methodologies and best practices, particularly in consultative selling.

  • A track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams with a focus on culture, engagement, coaching, and mentorship.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

  • A relentless hunter mentality, passionate about pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Willing to be placed at Serang (Kawasan modern Cikande Serang)
