Sales Supervisor

Responsibility                                           - Planning, monitoring sales teams performance.                                               - Recruiting and training of sales people under his or her supervision.                                           - Liaising with business partners (in English) on weekly basis.                                                                                                      Skill & Qualifications                                                   - Good English-speaking & writing capability is a must (interview will be conducted in English).                                           - Having experiences in Sales Supervisor role min 2 years. Experiences in IT Business (Hardware or Software) will be preferable and advantageous .                                                                   - Strong leadership skill and ability to communicate clearly                                                                                                      Compensation                       - Salary & allowances           - ⁠THR                   - ⁠BPJS Tenaga Kerja                   - ⁠BPJS Kesehatan           

Salary                           40-50 million/quarter inclusive of commission.In addition to salary & supplementary allowances, we provide the following benefits.
