Apply now!Learn more jti.comThis position will remain open until filled.Role PermanentReporting to Sales System ManagerDepartment SalesLocation Jakarta, IndonesiaSales System ExecutiveThis position will report directly to the Sales System Manager and will be responsible for smooth implementation/ launching/ managing of the Sales Automation System (e.g., SFA, Supervisory, Sales Analytical Tools Power BI), ensuring good understanding for End Users through end user training, guidelines, and support, and maintaining BOSNET master data accuracy and integrity.As the Sales System Executive in the area of Sales, you will be
- Handling the Sales Automation System in daily operations, with the ability to monitor progress and coordinate with relevant teams (e.g., IT) to ensure timely resolution of issues and consistency to solve timelines
- Taking full responsibility for any changes, IT developments/citizen developments in the system based on sales function needs and perspectives
- Participate in User Requests and UAT for Sales functions, following up with IT on results
- Preparing System Training Materials for End Users and conducting training sessions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the system
- Regularly perform System Hypercare / Training Refreshment, plan resources for execution (e.g., SFA, Supervisory, Power BI Data Analytics, etc), and ensure smooth system utilization
- Leading and maintaining Sales master data on the systems, including routes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/ Information Systems or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years working in Sales System, Sales/ Channel/ Distribution Management, or other related SFA in Multinational FMCG
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
- Good understanding of business process, operating/ handling sales automation system, project management, master data maintenance, and digital literacy, i.e, MS SQL and MS Offic
