Senior B2B Sales & Partnership (Wellness)

Were looking for a smart and driven Senior B2B Sales & Event Partnership professional to lead our corporate and strategic partnership efforts, for one of our brand Aarti Wellness. Aarti is a modern wellness brand that brings luxury and intention into everyday rituals—through aromatherapy, spa experiences, and gifting. As we expand our impact through employee wellness programs, corporate gifting, and bridal collaborations,

• Identify and acquire B2B clients interested in Aartis wellness solutions, including employee wellness programs, gift hampers, aromatherapy sets, and experience vouchers.

• Act as a consultant to clients, guiding them through package options via call/video call to match their needs (e.g., gifting, bridal packages, etc.).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with jewelry brands, wedding organizers, event organizers, and luxury lifestyle partners to drive cross-selling opportunities.

• Handle high-end client (e.g., fashion brands, luxury corporates, etc.) with professionalism and strong presentation skills.

• Collaborate with the internal event and creative teams to deliver memorable experiences and brand activations.

• Maintain a sales pipeline, provide regular reporting, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

• 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or event business development, preferably in the lifestyle, wellness, luxury, or gifting industry.

• Comfortable meeting with high-level corporate and luxury clients — must be highly presentable with excellent communication skills.

• Networked in bridal, jewelry, or lifestyle sectors is a big plus.

• Strong understanding of the premium consumer mindset and how to speak their language.

• Willing to work flexibly, creatively, and collaboratively with a fast-paced team.
