Site Engineer

• Oversee and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Supervise site operations and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and progress reporting.
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
• Manage material delivery, equipment usage, and workforce allocation.
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, changes, and updates.
• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Assist in cost control and budget tracking for site operations.
• Ensure timely project completion in line with contractual requirements.

• Minimum Associates (D3) or Bachelors (SI) degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in site engineering, construction, or project execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical documents, and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards for construction sites.
• Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as needed.
