Smart Farm Manager
Manage farm and garden operations of the Munduk Smart Farm and the entire site
Manage the schedule of activities related to farm and landscaping operations
Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders on overall landscaping and Smart Farm operations, performance, and activities
Increase strawberry productivity and establish agricultural technical standards, setting the vision for “Thriving Together as a Village”
Oversee the entire Munduk site, including general maintenance such as cleaning, organization, security, planting, pruning, and project progress
Evaluate and manage gardeners by assigning responsibilities by area and using species-specific checklists
Lead landscaping efforts for the Bali project, including selecting, evaluating, and maintaining landscaping-related contractors
Cultivate competitive, high-quality trees to ensure project success
Minimum of 3 years of experience in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field
Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian
Strong situational leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic understanding of IoT or Smart Farm equipment/Smart Farm operation technology
Experience with cultivation techniques and understanding of the strawberry growth cycle (from planting to harvest)
Knowledge of hydroponic cultivation, including proficiency in EC and pH control, nutrient supply cycles, and synthetic fertilizer mixing
Pest and disease management skills with the ability to effectively address major pests and diseases
Expertise in Smart Farm operations, including crop and environment management according to seasonal changes
Willingness to reside on the Munduk project site
Skills in Post-Harvest Management Technology, including expertise in storage, packaging, and sales management, to ensure product quality and efficient inventory control after cultivation.
Experience in Facility Operation, with the ability to operate in-facility equipment such as nutrient solution systems, fog systems, circulation/exhaust fans, and ICT tools, to maintain effective daily operations within the smart farm.
Knowledge and skills in Electricity/Water Supply Management, including the ability to manage electrical systems and water supply within facilities, as well as experience with pump and electrical maintenance to ensure reliable operational support.
Experience working in a multinational company.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with the local business environment in Bali.
