Social Media & Creative Content Specialist

Royalefit & Oxmen Product needs Social Media & Creative Content Specialist.

Location Based : Tangerang

Responsibilities:

• Plan and create content for social media campaigns.

• Write copy for social media posts and ads.

• Boost engagement across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

• Provide creative direction for designers on visual concepts.

• Manage relationships and collaborations with KOLs/Influencers.

• Oversee content production during live events or online shopping streams.

• Analyze campaign performance and provide reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or related fields.

• 2+ years of experience in social media management and creative fields.

• Creative and able to work well in teams.

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).

• Able to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
