  • Responsibilities: Create and edit creative TikTok videos for brand awareness and marketing

  • Research TikTok trends and develop relevant content ideas

  • Act as on-screen talent or voice-over when needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active and experienced TikTok user

  • Highly creative and takes initiative, bringing fresh ideas to social media strategies.

  • Experienced with photo and video editing apps (e.g., Canva, VN, Capcut); proficiency in Adobe apps (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, AfterEffect) is a plus.

  • Strong interest in real estate or property content

  • Cheerful, creative, and highly familiar with TikTok trends, effects, sounds, and algorithms

  • Confident to speak or appear on camera and do voice-overs

  • Up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.

  • Willing to work with high mobility, adaptable to on-location shoots.
