Ability to read, and understand the trends that are going on in social media world

Managing Social Media team to meet overall department & companys goal
Manage social media programs in multiple platforms through different content pillars to acquire new audience
Manage social media programs in multiple platforms through different content pillars to maintain existing audience
Constantly analyzing, improving, developing, and innovating social media program or content to reach marketing objectives
Involved in marketing campaigns discussion to provide the best output within but not limited to Social Media Scope for marketing campaign
Develop budgeting strategies within Social Media Scope for each month
Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Report on budgeting, target, and results
Bridging other marketing functions to enhance social media performance
Managing teams to make sure the execution of social media programs smooth
