Staff Project & Tender - Renewable Energy

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Project & Tender experienced in Renewable Energy Business to join our growing team at PT Berkat Sumber Rizki. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing the tendering process and project implementation processes for our renewable energy initiatives. Based in Kemayoran - North Jakarta, Jakarta, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our renewable energy projects.

What youll be doing

• Coordinating the tendering process for new renewable energy projects, including preparing bid documents, managing tender submissions, and liaising with stakeholders

• Overseeing the implementation and execution of awarded renewable energy projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements

• Providing administrative support, such as document management, contract administration, and progress reporting

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any project-related issues or bottlenecks

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support project delivery and auditing requirements

• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance the efficiency of our renewable energy project management

What were looking for

• Bachelor Degree from a Reputable National Public University in Indonesia.

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar contracts administration or project coordination role, preferably in the renewable energy industry

• Able to speak in English as well as in Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin speaker also will be considered.

• Experienced in Renewable Energy tenders and project, having previous experiences managing tender in Government sectors will be preffered

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with a strong understanding of document management and reporting

• Familiarity with renewable energy project management processes and tender documentation requirements

• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail
