Staff Robotics

PT. Cosmax Indonesia, established in 2011, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cosmax Inc. and is developing its business in Indonesia as well as in Southeast Asia.

The company develops new cosmetics products for brand company (ODM : Original Design Manufacturing) or does toll-manufacturing for brand companies existing cosmetics products (OEM : Original Equipment Manufacturing), 

In 2025 , PT. Cosmax Indonesia growth very fast , we need 1 person to join with our PRODUCTION TEAM as STAFF PROCESS INNOVATION ROBOTICS (STAFF ROBOTICS)

STAFF ROBOTICS (Staff Process Innovation Robotics)

Qualification : 

1. Min. Diploma or Bachelor from ROBOTICS, AUTOMATION or MECHATRONICS

2. Understanding of Mechatronics, Electrical Diagram/Electrical Drawing (wiring/panel), PLC, pneumatic 

3. Has experience min 2 years to develop/build automation-robotics projects machine or projects for special purpose machine 

4. Familiar using design CAD/CAM (is a plus if familiar with Solidworks or Onshape) 

5. Understand of automation systems, small moving parts/mechanism design, high precisions robotics, manufacturing process, and mechatronics 

6. Experience using software & algorythm (Phyton, C++, C#) 

7. Good English (booth active and written) 

8. Working Hour : Mon - Friday : 08.00 - 17.00

Role & Responsibilities :

• Make improvements to increase productivity and quality 

• Lead automation and robotics project 

• Carry out development activities related to robotic projects, from searching the information until execution 

• Communicate, seek information from global teams regarding robotics (South Korea, USA, Australia, China, Thailand, other countries) 

• Conduct troubleshooting for production machine using program 

• Validation team from production team
