Supervisor Human Capital

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Psychology, Management, or Law

2. Minimum 2-3 years of work experience, with experience as a supervisor

3. Previous experience in the FMCG industry related to health or fast-paced work environments is an advantage

4. Able to create effective and efficient HC systems, including SOPs, job descriptions, and training development systems

5. Possess leadership and team management skills

6. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, as well as coordinate across departments

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

8. Ability to negotiate with both internal and external parties

Job Description

1. Manage and develop human resources (people development)

2. Conduct recruitment, selection, and placement of employees

3. Handle issues related to industrial relations

4. Manage attendance and payroll

5. Provide employee performance appraisals and feedback

6. Be accustomed to coordinating with stakeholders
