Requirement

  • Min. bachelors degree in engineering.
  • Experience in the production field in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Willing to work on a shift basis
  • Strong leadership, analytical and technical skills in production

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise shift production, monitor processes, and ensure product quality, safety, and performance standards are met.
  • Implement initiatives to improve product quality, eliminate non-value-added work, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with supporting departments to ensure smooth operations, regular maintenance, and compliance with standards.
