About the role

As the Supply Chain and Operation Manager at PT. Cantik Alami Sehat, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the companys supply chain and operations within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry. This full-time position is based in West Jakarta, Jakarta, and will involve strategically managing the end-to-end supply chain process to ensure efficient and seamless operations.

What youll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies to optimize costs, improve delivery times, and enhance overall supply chain performance

  • Liaise with other divisions, such as procurement, production, and warehouse to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders

  • Analyzing supply chain data and generating detailed reports to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align supply chain operations with broader business objectives

  • Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, and implementing contingency plans to ensure business continuity

  • Managing and developing a team of supply chain and operations professionals to drive operational excellence

What were looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supply chain or operations management role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize supply chain performance

  • Excellent project management and process improvement skills, with a proven track record of implementing successful supply chain initiatives

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with supply chain best practices, relevant industry regulations, and technological advancements in the field
