Supply Chain Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor supply chain team members to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Resolve supply chain issues and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on inventory, logistics, and procurement activities.
• Work closely with kitchen and restaurant teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels accordingly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and procurement strategies.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to optimize supply chain performance.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
