Talent Management Manager
Job Description:
Develop and implement short and long-term talent strategies aligned with business growth, site expansion, and operational demands.
Manage workforce planning, including forecasting headcount needs and identifying talent gaps across functions.
Lead HR transformation or improvement projects (e.g., digital HR systems, restructuring, performance system upgrades).
Coordinate with site and corporate HR teams to align timelines and resources for key initiatives.
Identify critical positions and build robust succession plans, especially for operational and technical leadership roles.
Develop and maintain internal talent pools and career pathing frameworks.
Implement competency frameworks and performance appraisal tools.
Support training needs analysis and learning program deployment (e.g., technical, leadership, compliance).
Design and facilitate change management initiatives tied to transformation, mergers, or organizational realignment.
Champion employee engagement programs, value-based leadership, and cultural alignment between corporate and site entities.
Work closely with mining operations, HSE, and support divisions to ensure HR initiatives are integrated with business priorities.
Act as HR project liaison between site HR and corporate leadership.
Provide insights through data (e.g., turnover, readiness ratio, development metrics).
Develop dashboards for leadership tracking of talent indicators.
Requirement:
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in managerial or project-based HR roles.
Prior exposure to coal mining or heavy industry is highly preferred.
Strong project management skills (certifications like PMP are a plus).
Familiar with HRIS systems, workforce analytics, and talent development platforms.
Knowledge of Indonesian labor law, industrial relations, and safety culture in mining.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate HR data into business impact.
Agile, adaptive, and comfortable in dynamic and remote work environments.
