- Experience in providing therapy for children with special needs is preferable
- Knowledge of child development, and behavior management
- Loves teaching
- Patient, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Fluency in Indonesian language
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
