About the role

Were looking for a talented Tiktok Live Operator to join our marketing team at INCCN Trading Indonesia. This is a full-time role based in Cikupa, Banten, where youll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising Tiktok Live campaigns to drive engagement and sales for our clients.

What youll be doing

  • Develop and execute Tiktok Live content and engagement strategies to support marketing objectives

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create compelling Tiktok Live content and experiences

  • Monitor Tiktok Live performance metrics and optimise campaigns to achieve the desired results

  • Identify and capitalise on trending topics and Tiktok Live features to maximise audience reach and engagement

  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on Tiktok Live campaign performance

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Tiktok Live trends, best practices and platform updates

What were looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in Tiktok Live marketing or social media marketing

  • Strong understanding of Tiktok Live features, audience engagement strategies and content best practices

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns accordingly

  • Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative Tiktok Live content and experiences

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and social media management platforms
