Transport Control Tower

Requirements:

• Min. D3 from Logistics Management, Transportation Management or related field.

• Min. 2 years work experience in Logistics, Transportation or Operational monitoring, especially in SLA Management.

• Good understanding of vehicle tracking system (GPS), Fleet management software, Vendor management, and Logistics.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Google Workspace, and Database Management.

• Excellent data analysis skills to monitor and evaluate SLA performance.

• Strong communication skills to coordinate with various parties including drivers, vendors, and management.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, dan able to work under pressure.

• Knowledge of Transportation and Safety regulations in Indonesia (a plus).

• Placement: GW JKT99A, Kosambi Tangerang.

Job Description:

• Monitoring departure punctuality, ensuring all vehicle units (Tronton, Fuso, etc.) depart according to the schedule set in the SLA.

• Coordinate with operational team to verify vehicle and driver readiness prior to departure.

• Identify potential causes of departure delays (technical, document, or coordination issues) and take preventive actions.

• Responsible to control Fleet fulfillment.

• Maintain good relationship with existing vendors.

• Escalation points for fleet and trucking matters.

• Maintain and update fleet fulfillment data regularly.
