Travel Consultant

Job Descriptions :

1. Consult and create travel itineraries based on client preferences and availability.

2. Offer clients flight options, tour choices, recommendations for transportation and lodging.

3. Managing and cultivating positive relationships with suppliers and clients.

4. Address and resolve customer issues or complaints.

5. Coordinate & oversee the reservation with all concerned departments  for all travelers include client with disability to ensure the services will run smoothly.

6. Execute include accessibility surveys of accommodations in Bali & other destinations.

7. Together with the team develop the marketing strategies

Job Requirements:

1. Has excellent communication skills in English, both speaking and writing.

2. A good listener with special attention to details.

3. Demonstrates a strong service-oriented mindset.

4. Knowledgeable and experienced In Domestic Ticketing.

5. Knowledgeable and experienced In Domestic Tours

6. Proficient in managing international clients.

7. Willing to participate in our marketing strategies.
