Villa Supervisor

EZV Services Indonesia is a trusted name in premium real estate and villa management. We are currently looking for a Villa Supervisor who is experienced, responsible, and service-oriented to oversee daily villa operations and ensure the highest quality guest and owner satisfaction.

• Supervise daily operations across assigned villas, ensuring all areas are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready

• Oversee and coordinate the performance of villa staff (housekeeping, gardener, pool attendant, maintenance team)

• Conduct routine inspections and promptly report or follow up on maintenance or repair issues

• Ensure all guest requests or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally

• Liaise between villa owners, management, and operational teams to ensure smooth communication

• Maintain stock levels for villa supplies and assist in procurement or inventory control

• Coordinate check-ins and check-outs if required, ensuring a smooth guest experience

• Train new villa staff and uphold service standards across all villas

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within villa or hospitality operations

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

• Excellent attention to detail and proactive in solving operational issues

• Fluent in English skills (spoken and written)

• Ability to work independently and under pressure, with flexible hours

• Honest, disciplined, and reliable with strong organizational skills

• Preferably has own transportation (motorbike or car)
