Warehouse Operation Manager

Responsibilities :

1. Ensure all basic Operation systems and standards are set as per requested

2. Ensure Companys and Top Managements vision and mission are well implemented in operation

3. Ensure Head count sets in the operation structure are effective and efficient for whole operation

4. Ensure each projects KPI are well understood by each projects PIC appointed

5. As Companys representative to all clients and external parties under supervision

6. Collaborate with other department(s) to ensure smooth operation running

7. Implement lean and effective processes at all time

8. Work safety and healthy environment to be implemented well

9. Profit and Loss control

10. Report for Actual and Forecast Volume and Resources

11. Improvement and cost saving plan achievement report

12. Client and Internal KPI report

13. Other report related operation strategy and needed by management

Requirements :

1. Bachelors Degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field

2. Minimum 5 years experience as Multi-client and preferably handle electronics and home appliance customer.

3. Experience in a warehouse management preferably in a distribution or logistics environment

4. Deep knowledge for Warehousing and other Logistics processes and system

5. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team of warehouse personnel

6. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention 

7. Knowledge of warehouse management system (WMS), Inventory Control software

8. Elevate operational excellence and achieve desired result

9. Proficient in English (written and spoken), Microsoft Office
