Housekeeping and Maintenance:

• Cleaning and maintaining guest cabins, common areas, and crew mess.
• Performing laundry and pressing duties for guests and crew.
• Ensuring cabins are tidy and well-stocked with amenities.
• Maintaining bar and drinks stock.
• Preparing and arranging table decorations and floral arrangements.
• Handling interior inventory and accounting.
• Assisting with stowage for sea.

Guest Service:

• Providing exceptional customer service to guests, anticipating their needs.
• Serving meals and drinks, including bartending and providing silver service.
• Organizing and coordinating guest activities and events.
• Assisting with the preparation and execution of theme parties.
• Providing concierge services, such as making reservations for guests.
• Being on call to address any guest requests.

Other Responsibilities:

• Assisting with provisioning and restocking supplies.
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Participating in safety drills.
• May be responsible for coordinating guest schedules or other administrative tasks.
