What You’ll Do

This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales techniques and lead generation, offering valuable insights into the sales process and the opportunity to develop critical communication and persuasion skills.

  • Own Prospect Engagement: Actively reach out to potential clients via cold calls, WhatsApp, email, or LinkedIn to introduce our services and initiate meaningful sales conversations.
  • Execute Lead Generation & Qualification: Generate, qualify, and manage leads by understanding prospect needs, decision-making context, and laying the groundwork for successful sales.
  • Conduct Initial Sales Conversations: Handle Pertama-touch discovery calls, answer prospect questions confidently, and clearly communicate our value proPosisi and service offerings.
  • Drive Meetings & Sales Progression: Secure qualified meetings and follow-ups with decision-makers, ensuring smooth handover or progression with senior sales executives when required.
  • Collaborate on Sales Strategy & Execution: Partner with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach approaches, messaging, and lead qualification criteria to improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain CRM & Sales Reporting: Accurately update CRM systems with lead activity, insights, and outcomes to ensure visibility of pipeline health and sales performance.
  • Provide Market & Lead Insights: Share insights on prospect objections, lead quality, and market patterns to help improve targeting and sales strategy.
  • Grow Your Skills: Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to deepen your product knowledge and sharpen your sales techniques, setting the stage for your professional growth.

Who We’re Looking for

  • Final-year students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • We’re also open to students or fresh graduates from all academic backgrounds, as long as you demonstrate strong communication skills, curiosity, and a genuine interest in sales.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented, with a strong sales mindset, sense of ownership, and a positive, growth-driven attitude.
  • Able to work fully from our office in Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan (Fully WFO).
