JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a commercially driven yet relationship-oriented International Sales & Client Success Manager to expand and manage global export markets for our aquaculture products.

This role combines Business Development and high-touch of Client Management. You’ll be responsible not only for winning new customers but also for nurturing long-term partnerships, ensuring excellent service, and driving sustainable revenue growth across key markets such as EU, UK, USA, UAE and Asia.

You will act as a key bridge between global customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution from initial engagement through post-sales success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients while actively identifying and developing new strategic partnerships
  • Drive deal momentum by proactively following up on opportunities, shipments, and evolving customer needs
  • Deliver a high-touch, premium client experience by resolving inquiries and issues with speed, professionalism, and care
  • Own and optimize the full sales pipeline, from lead conversion to closed deals and sustained account growth
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new market expansion opportunities across global regions
  • Develop and execute market entry strategies, including the establishment of partnerships with distributors, retailers, and food service players
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, QA/QC, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure product quality, specification compliance, and timely delivery
  • Oversee end-to-end export operations, including documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, Health Certificate, etc.), regulatory compliance, product approvals, payments (LC, open account, documentary collection), and customer audits to ensure smooth and reliable execution

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management with international clients in manufacturing companies.
  • Strong command of English (mandatory) clear, professional communication required
  • Experience in aquaculture, seafood, or food industry is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Proven ability to manage relationships, support long-term sales cycles, developing export markets and managing global clients
  • Strong understanding of international trade, export process 
  • Comfortable with frequent international travel (up to 12 trips/year)

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
  • Commercial awareness with a service-oriented approach
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms such as Attio to manage client relationships, track pipeline activity, and maintain accurate sales records 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Competitive salary: IDR 12M – 50M/month (depending on experience)
