About The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and driven individual to join our COO Office team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving operational excellence by improving processes, optimizing costs, and supporting scalable outlet operations across Hangry.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and execute process improvement initiatives across operations (store, central kitchen, logistics).
  • Identify inefficiencies, standardize SOPs, and implement scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • Own end-to-end project delivery from problem structuring, pilot, to rollout for operational initiatives.
  • Monitor performance, track KPIs, and drive corrective actions to close operational gaps.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and continuously improve execution quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, QA, Supply Chain, and Product teams to drive sustainable improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in operations, process improvement, consulting, or continuous improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, and KPI tracking.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel & SQL, and project management.
  • Strong ownership, execution discipline, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in F&B chain, manufacturing, or consulting is preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
