Job Description :

- Develop and execute creative materials for digital and offline marketing channels, including social media, advertisements, brochures, presentations, website visuals, and event materials.

- Produce photo and video content, including editing and post-production, to support campaign and branding initiatives.

- Translate marketing strategies and product Posisiing into engaging visual storytelling and compelling creative assets.

- Support performance marketing initiatives by preparing and optimizing ad creatives across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.

- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials in accordance with corporate brand guidelines.- Collaborate with Marketing Unit Head and Event Marketing to support campaign execution and event visual requirements.

- Contribute creative ideas and improvement proposals to enhance engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness.- Update and maintain visual assets for website and digital platforms in coordination with related teams.

- Implement feedback and revisions efficiently to ensure timely delivery and quality output.- Create attractive (with animation/motion) educational and instructional content for our Software product (Client POS, LMS, EDC Business), including tutorial videos and operational guides, to enhance user understanding, improve product utilization, and reduce operational friction.

- Conceptualize and design aesthetic, brand-consistent merchandise and campaign packaging to enhance brand perception and create memorable touchpoints for customers and partners

Requirement:

- Min. S1 from any Major (preferebly from DKV, Filmography, or Communications)

-Having strong experiences in Creative Marketing or Content Creator (min. 3 years).

- Have creativity in identifying targets as well as designing marketing promotion materials and campaigns.

- Keep up-to-date with the emerging trends in technology, consumer behavior, online/offline marketing, as well as performance measurement.

- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop Canva, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent).- Video production and editing skills for short-form content- Motion or animation skills for tutorial videos.

- Strong understanding of visual comPosisi, typography, and branding principles.- Ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging visual assets.

- Ability to create instructional or educational content that is clear and easy to understand.

- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for website and digital interface visuals.
