We’re looking for an IT Project Coordinator to support project planning and ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery of IT projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure projects are delivered according to scope and timeline.
• Monitor and control project progress, milestones, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the Perusahaan’s representative in leading IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Data Center, and Managed Services projects.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.
• Handle delivery and implementation of IT solutions, including back-office systems, front-office systems, security systems, monitoring & CCTV.
• Identify project risks and issues and support mitigation actions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and provide regular project progress updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT project coordination, project delivery, or implementation.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and timeline management.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and data center environments.
• Experience in system implementation projects (back-office, front-office, security, monitoring, or CCTV) is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certified in PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation, or PMI-ACP will be an advantage
