Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate the performance of the organization’s operational and managerial business processes & systems to identify risks, areas of improvements and to ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws, standards and client’s requirement.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Develop Annual Audit Plan
• Organize & Conduct system Audit / special assigment, investigation or assessment requested ad hoc by management.
• Monitor audit findings / recommendations
• Analyze root cause trends of findings
• Implement Anti Bribery Management System
• Implement CoC policy and HSE program

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in internal or external audit, with prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of audit processes, including audit planning, execution (system audits, investigations, and special assignments), and follow-up monitoring
• Proven ability to develop and implement a risk-based Annual Audit Plan
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and analyze trends in audit findings
• Experience in implementing Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS) (e.g., ISO 37001)
• Good understanding of Code of Conduct (CoC) policies and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• High level of integrity, objectivity, and professionalism
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA, or other relevant certifications are a plus
• Proficiency in audit tools and data analytics (e.g., advanced Excel, ACL, Power BI, etc.)
