We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our retreat. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role is to oversee daily operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, transportation, and food & beverage

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage every aspect of resort operations to ensure that they run smoothly and efficiently

• Oversee and supervise the daily operations of various departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and transportation

• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly

• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance

• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are consistently met

• Assume financial accountability for cost efficiency, inventory control, and expense management
