Posisi INTRODUCTORY:

Influences the improvement of the Perusahaan's performance by contributing to guaranteeing the required level of production, costs and product quality by creating, developing and maintaining production processes at Primary & Secondary production. Responsible for the high level of human resources management by implementing the development of subordinate employees. Contributes to the proper management of all aspects of the Perusahaan's activities related to energy management, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, fire safety and property security. Initiates and implements projects related to continuous improvement of the organization and processes.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Ensuring a high level of occupational safety and quality management and full implementation of production tasks and technologies
• Managing, developing and motivating a team
• Responsibility for achieving and reporting on assigned KPIs
• Prepare budget for area and supervise its execution
• Supervise production effectiveness and efficiency to ensure timely execution of plans
• Optimization of production processes and effective cost management
• Manage department based on production schedule and adjust necessary resources if needed
• Actively participate in the development of technical and organizational development plans for the plant
• Lead and participate in all types of investment and development projects
• Cooperation with Quality Control & Assurance department in the scope of laboratory tests
• Reviewed all daily operation working file into Click-up system for those related for all production report update.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher technical education (preferably mechanical, production management or related) - prerequisite
• Minimum 5 years in production management in FMCG industry (experience in tobacco industry would be an advantage)
• Developed leadership and communication skills as well as analytical and organizational skills
• Goal-oriented and cooperative attitude
• Very good knowledge of English
• Experience in optimizing production processes using quality and lean tools (5s, kaizen, problem solving, TPM)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), POWER BI, NAV system & Click-up system.
