Account Executive

The role

As an Account Executive International at PT Gelora Aksara Pratama (Erlangga Group), you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key international customers. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving sales growth and maintaining strong, long-lasting partnerships with our global client base.

What youll be doing

  • Actively prospect and identify new international sales opportunities

  • Manage and grow existing international customer accounts through exceptional relationship building and account management

  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with international clients

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance, customer activity and market trends

What were looking for

  • Proven track record of success in an international sales or account management role, ideally within the sales industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with senior-level stakeholders

  • Excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth

  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in an additional language highly desirable

  • Willingness to travel internationally to meet with clients as required
