Admin E-Commerce
Role DescriptionAs an Admin E-Commerce, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online store, managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. Work From Office Monday - Friday : 08.00 - 17.00 , Saturday : 08.00 - 14.00 and willing to answering customer chat (outside office hour)
Responsibilities :- Arrange & Monitor all E-commerce Orders daily- Customer Service for All Ecommerce (Maintain 99% Chat Response)- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution- Built and maintained rapport with customers- Organizing Stock in E-Commerce.- Update Sales Report daily- Upload New Products in all Ecommerce
Requirements:- Min. D3/S1 Degree.- Experience in E-commerce operations, inventory management, and order processing- Active & Fast Response in Answering Customer Questions (Even Outside Office Hour)- Proficient in Microsoft Software, especially Excel- Knowledge of online store platforms and order fulfillment systems- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent organizational and time management abilities- Effective communication and teamwork skills
