About the role

As an Admin Marketing, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the marketing team of PT En Prima Food and Beverage in their Central Jakarta office. This is a full-time position that requires strong organisational and communication skills to ensure the smooth running of marketing operations.

What youll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising events
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and reports
  • Maintaining and updating the companys marketing databases and customer records
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Performing general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and answering phone calls

    • What were looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
