About the Role

We are seeking an Admin Toko to work with our client, a Butique in Badung-Bali.

Job Description:

  • Serve customer well
  • Know and understand the goods in the store
  • Recap daily order or sales data
  • Ensure product availability, process orders, and manage inventory
  • Compiles sales, billing, and inventory reports
  • Facilitate the administrative needs of the sales team and coordinate with the purchasing team if needed.

Qualifications:

  • Speaking english is a must
  • attention to detail
  • Friendly and have a good communication skills
  • Have experiences as an admin for at least 1 year
  • Able to operate Micosoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and good at multitasking work
  • Placement
