About the Role
We are seeking an Admin Toko to work with our client, a Butique in Badung-Bali.
Job Description:
- Serve customer well
- Know and understand the goods in the store
- Recap daily order or sales data
- Ensure product availability, process orders, and manage inventory
- Compiles sales, billing, and inventory reports
- Facilitate the administrative needs of the sales team and coordinate with the purchasing team if needed.
Qualifications:
- Speaking english is a must
- attention to detail
- Friendly and have a good communication skills
- Have experiences as an admin for at least 1 year
- Able to operate Micosoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and good at multitasking work
