Corporate Recruitment Specialist

PT Diamond Food Indonesia. Tbk is an established Indonesian FMCG manufacturing company and now we are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and passionate Recruitment Specialist

What person are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the FMCG or Retail industry
• Strong understanding of best practices in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent
• Is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about finding great people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in handling high volume recruitment
• A collaborative team player with a passion for talent management and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences

Whats will you do

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
• Actively source candidates via JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other platform
• Maintain clear communication with hiring managers regarding staffing needs
• Continuously monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
