Corporate Secretary Officer
Job Descriptions:
Support the implementation and monitoring of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles.
Ensure compliance with corporate regulations, legal requirements, and relevant government policies.
Prepare documentation and manage the execution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) and other corporate actions.
Contribute to the development of corporate communications related to sustainability goals and ESG reporting.
Create internal and external communication materials such as company reports, newsletters, and corporate content.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on corporate governance matters.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Law, Communications, Management, or a related field.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Fluency in Japanese is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Basic knowledge of GCG, regulatory compliance, shareholder meeting procedures, and sustainability/ESG concepts.
Creative writing skills and experience in producing professional corporate content or copywriting.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and coordination skills.
