Digital Marketing (Content Creator)

Job Description:

Social Media

1. Work with agencies to create & optimize social media content (YouTube, IG, TikTok)

2. Maintain and monitoring daily post schedule and respond to comments/DMs (by brand guidelines)

3. Familiar with social media content regulation & monetization optimization

Analytics Support

1. Analyze and collect raw data platform for better execution related to KPI

2. Research and propose new content & existing content adaptation for future social media platform growth

Strategy & Campaign Planning

1. Assist in developing data-driven influencer marketing strategic to boost brand awareness, engagement and conversion

2. Research and identify relevant influencer and content creator aligned with brand values and target audience

3. Support the planning and execution end to end influencer campaign

4. Manage initial outreach, negotiations and contract with influencer/agencies

Content Coordination

1. Collaborate with influencers and brand team to Ensure alignment content with guidelines and campaign objectives 

2. Review and execution content quality by influencer (feeds, stories, reels, Tik Tok, etc.)

Performance Tracking & Reporting

1. Monitor & Analyze campaign KPI (engagement rate, reach, conversions)

2. Compile post-campaign report on influencer performance and recommendation future collaborations

3. Known competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelors degree in communication, marketing, art, advertising (related to this position)

• Minimum 2 years experienced as social media management and content creation

• Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a team environment
