Training Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of training strategies that support business goals
Design and maintain competency frameworks and structured training roadmaps.
Identify training needs through data-driven analysis and stakeholder input.
Manage Learning Center operations, including curriculum design and delivery standards.
Implement effective learning methods: classroom, online, blended.
Monitor training metrics: attendance, learning impact, knowledge retention, and ROI.
Ensure timely and consistent delivery of training programs across key areas (operations, sales, leadership, compliance).
Evaluate training effectiveness using frameworks such as Kirkpatrick or 70:20:10.
Lead and coach internal training teams (Training Leads, Specialists, Facilitators).
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure training supports performance improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, Management, or related field.
Have an experience in Managerial Level at Training and Development
Proven ability to manage training functions and Learning Center operations.
Strong leadership and execution skills.
Solid communication and stakeholder management experience.
Proficient in using LMS and digital learning platforms.
