Funnel Delivery Supervisor

• Monitoring funnel delivery data B2S from funnel processing to project.
• Ensure overall Funnel Delivery process delivery time are complying with SLA and SOP.
• Monitor and ensure data for visualization dashboard funnel as the project progresses.
• Update progress data funnel after deliver to project day by day, coordinate with project team.
• Input data and check consistency of penetration of data XL or B2S in all cities area active for determine commercial aspect such as analyze penetration (low and high), competitor, life time fiber node weekly and monthly bases, churn rate weekly and monthly.
• Do data compiling for funnel sufficiency related to project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering Communications, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years work experience in in funnel planning, project management, or a similar role within the Telco or technology sector.
• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, demand generation, and branding.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a marketing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang.
