HR & GA Manager

This job will be based at PT Esun International Utama Indonesia in Sekupang, Batam.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Responsible for monitoring and broadcasting various activities related to the implementation of policies and procedures for managing human resources and other Company assets.

  2. Monitor public services, ensuring there are no differences between policy and implementation, as well as consistency of regulations and policies between Company Groups.

  3. Recommend other policies or initiatives that are deemed more appropriate for the Company and its subsidiaries.

  4. Create an HR & GA budget, and monitor and carry out its implementation so that it does not exceed the budget

  5. Make workforce planning (Man Power Planning) in accordance with the needs and conditions of the organization, as well as monitor and distribute supplies

  6. Monitor and distribute the recruitment process in the company for all groups, including the reporting and administration process for recruitment for all groups, as well as salary negotiations to ensure the availability of competent human resources in accordance with existing procedures in the company. 

  7. Monitor and observe the performance management and talent management processes in the company to ensure that performance assessments are carried out objectively and in accordance with regulations (annual assessments, employee assessments after contracts/trial periods) as well as the selection and placement of the right talents in the right positions and in accordance with procedures those in the company.

  8. Review the training system in the form of rewards and/or punishment which is implemented properly according to company regulations.

  9. Monitoring and evaluating employee resignations to ensure the availability of data and analysis related to the factors that cause turnover in the company.

  10. Update company regulations according to company conditions and applicable labor laws.

  11. Coordinate, plan, foster, develop and provide human resources in order to provide competent and productive human resources in the Company

  12. Monitor updated reports on the tempo of all company permits including business units. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimal Degree in Psychology/Law/Management

  • Minimal 5 years working experience in related position or having experience on Property or Manufactur.

  • Have a certificate HRM/CHRM/CHRP (plus)

  • Strategic analytic Human Resource Management

  • Preparation of employee competency and career development plans

  • Management of employee discipline and work ethic

  • Understanding of labor regulations and legislation (UU. Cipta Kerja, etc)

  • Understanding related to BPJS Employment and BPJS Health

  • Understanding related to business processes in related industries

  • Asset management.

  • Willing to be placed in Sekupang, Batam
