Tri Sukses Wanatama (Rimau Group) is a dynamic marine logistics company specializing in the transportation of key commodities such as coal, sand, crushed stone, iron ore, and nickel.With our fleet of tug boats and barges, we operate across various regions of Indonesia, supporting national industry supply chains.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment

  • Proficient in psychological testing, scoring, and psychogram reporting

  • Skilled in creative sourcing and recruitment strategies

  • Tech-savvy with exposure to employer branding (preferred)

  • Prior experience in Shipping, Marine, or Mining industries is a plus

What Youll Do:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and directors regarding to interview schedules & the results

  • Manage salary offering and negotiations with selected candidates

  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talents

  • Assist with general HR administration (when needed)
