About the role

Nego Electrindo is seeking an experienced Human Resource professional to join our growing team in Central Jakarta, Jakarta. As a Human Resource Department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the talent strategy and driving the people agenda for our dynamic organisation. What youll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective human resource policies, procedures, and programs to support the organisations goals
  • Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, learning and development, and organisational culture
  • Providing strategic HR advice and support to managers and employees
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy
  • Continuously improving HR processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness

    • What were looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a human resources management role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector
  • Strong understanding of human resource best practices, including talent management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Proven track record of driving organisational change and implementing HR initiatives that have a positive impact on employee engagement and productivity
  • Proficient in HR data analysis and using data to inform strategic decision-making
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certification in CHRP or SHRM-CP is preferred
