Senior Accounting Specialist - Account Receivable

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or other relevant majors

• Strong knowledge of AR and Revenue processes

• Good proficiency in English (spoken & written)Minimum 5 years of working experience in Accounts Receivable

• Proven experience managing end to end AR & Revenue processes

• Hands on experience in handling big data, reconciling accounts, issuing invoices, monitoring collections, and resolving AR issues

• Familiarity with ERP systems, e-commerce, or enterprise billing systems is a plus

Job Description :

• Manage end to end Accounts Receivable processes: invoicing, monitoring aging, collections, ecl assessments, reconciliations

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all AR transactions

• Analyze AR & revenue data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

• Develop and maintain AR & revenue reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, or other relevant tools

• Automate routine AR reporting or reconciliation tasks where possible

• Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, operations) to resolve billing or collection issues

• Support month end and year end closing related to AR & revenue

• Collaborate with IT or system teams to ensure AR data flows correctly within ERP and enterprise systems

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
