IT Support (Software Management)

About the role

Asaba Group is seeking an experienced Software Management Staff to join our team in Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of our software products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. This is a pivotal role within our growing Information & Communication Technology organisation, providing you with the opportunity to make a real impact on the strategic direction and success of the company.

What youll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver software projects on time and within budget

• Hand on to customization and development project for existing software.

• Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in the development process, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping to develop their skills and expertise

• Monitor and report on software performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to drive the companys technological advancement

What were looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Software Support, software management, IT or Technical Support.

• Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of software engineering principles and best practices

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring software development teams

• Able to English (Speaking and Writing)

• Placement in Gambir, Central Jakarta
