Japanese Speaker - Marketing Project Team

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conducting market research to obtain property buying, selling dan rental prices and market segmentation.

2. Make plans for research, strategy, project targets, and complete them according to schedule.

3. Make listing submissions, check documents clients, collaborate with notaries, and become a consultant for clients.

4. Conduct research on government regulations and applicable civil law.

5. Doing marketing jobs to get clients, listing property, and helping transactions until completed.

6. Act as a customer support representative and interpreter between clients & Agent.

7. Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and annual marketing reports.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in any field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing (experience in the property sector is a strong advantage).

3. Familiar with industry and apartment regulation, buying, selling and renting law and investment.

4. Proficiency in English & Business level in Japanese ( minimal JLPT N2 / JLPT N1 is a plus)

5. Ability to work both independently and in a team. Must possess strong interpersonal skills, a serious work ethic, the ability to perform under pressure, and be dependable and detail-oriented.

6. Willingness to work hard to meet targets and deadlines.
