Jr. Quality Assurance (for Distribution System)

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to ensure product quality, analyze issues, and create user documentation. The role focuses on three key areas:

1. Product Development Quality Assurance

   • Write and execute test cases.

   • Validate alignment between PRD/FSD and implementation.

   • Ensure high-quality standards before release.

2. Issue & Bug Analysis

   • Act as a bridge between L1 Support and L2 Technical teams.

   • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for reported bugs.

3. User Documentation

   • Prepare User Guides, manuals, release notes, and SOPs for new features.

Required Skills:✔ Strong writing skills (test cases, bug reports, documentation).✔ Ability to review and validate PRD/FSD.✔ Analytical mindset for troubleshooting and RCA.✔ Excellent communication and collaboration across QA, Dev, and Support teams.
