We are seeking a highly reliable Project Manager to oversee ongoing architecture and interior projects with precision, transparency, and strong leadership. This role requires a sharp thinker who is highly communicative, cost-conscious, and team-oriented.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Associates or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Capable of articulating complex matters clearly and convincingly
• Highly detail-oriented and systematic in managing timelines, costs, and documentation
• Experienced in supervising construction and fit-out teams on-site
• Able to identify, recruit, and coordinate skilled manpower effectively
• Responsible for sourcing and managing material purchases
• Proficient in project budgeting and cost control to ensure financial sustainability
• Understands contractual agreements and project delivery obligations
• Skilled in preparing and maintaining structured reports: daily, weekly, and monthly site progress; S-curves; work logs
• Comfortable using project management tools and Excel-based cost tracking
• Must be honest, trustworthy, and uphold integrity in all decisions, this is non-negotiable
